I felt like I already knew these two before I met them for the first time.
Kasia and I had communicated through email before our initial consultation, and during that time I heard their story, how they met and how they fell in love. We got together and chatted over a glass of wine, and parted ways, promising to share a drink again soon. It was like I had just sat down with two old friends; an instant connection. Moments like this thrill me, not only because they make me excited about my job, but because couples like Kasia + Jason, who are so obviously crazy about each other, are the type who make other people around them want to be even more in love.
For their engagement session we met at Buckingham Fountain and made our way up the shoreline, stopping at a marina ( I now, so BADLY want to shoot an engagement session on a boat! Ah! ), and North Ave Beach. We finished the night with a celebratory drink at one of their favorite pizza spots – toasting a successful session.
